The State of Louisiana, despite otherwise Conservative leanings, is one of the least restrictive states of the fifty when it comes to gambling, particularly land-based gambling. The only forms of gambling to be found in multiple other states that have not been legalized and regulated in Louisiana are online gambling and sports betting, though Legislation has been introduced and we expect to see something passed in the next year or two.
